Built in the 17th c. on the terraced
slopes just outside of Lucca, the original convent has been restored with care into a high quality
villa that sleeps 18 people in great comfort. The mature garden has old growth trees, roses, lavender, bougainvillea.
The pool and
terraces offer panoramic views over the city and the valley below. The
location of the Villa is on the northern hills 6 km outside the walled city of Lucca with downtown
Florence about 1 hour away by car or train, half an hour to the sea; the
ideal location to
explore Tuscany and beyond. At
the Villa you can enjoy the panoramic views and dining al
fresco in the many terraces of the well kept garden.
The villa also includes it's own private chapel, a quiet place to reflect on the day's activities and remember loved ones.
Shops, markets and very good
