| The villa has a total
of 9 bedrooms located on two levels: 3 bedrooms have twin beds and 6
bedrooms have double beds (queen size or larger). Each bedroom has a private bath.
The main
(middle) floor of the villa has 4 bedrooms each with an en-suited
bathroom. One bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made together, or
as twins. The 3 “double” bedrooms have mattresses that are between
queen and king sized; in Italian these beds are called matrimoniale.

The upper level
has 3 independent apartments each with a comfortably furnished sitting
room connected to a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a
washing machine.
The two
2-bedroom apartments each have one twin and one matrimoniale
bedroom. The 1-bedroom apartment has a matrimoniale bedroom
(this mattress is typically between queen and king sized). | |
