Discount airfare on American Airlines!
We have just worked out a deal with American Airlines and they are offering all participants (Riders, Walkers & Crewmembers) a discount of up to 5% from anywhere in the US to Dublin Ireland. You must travel between August 2 - 22, 2009 to Dublin. I just checked the aa.com website and depending on where you are flying from you can get flights for under $500.00 traveling mid-week!

Coach service from Dublin's airport to the hotel is easy, inexpensive and operates 24 hours a day. The cost is 12 euro round trip per person.
Aircoach is located just outside the exit onthe arrivals level, cross the pedestrian crossing and the Aircoach staff will be happy to assist you.
You will want to Ballsbridge line, stopping at O'Connell. The O'Connell will be the first stop. From there it is just a short walk to the hotel up toward Findlater Place. The hotel is on the left.

Tickets can be booked online, but not more than 28 days prior to departure. You can also pick up your tickets that you purchased online at the train station.
Arriving at the Castle on SaturdayIf you want, you can arrive at the Castle a day before the event begins. This will give you a chance to relax and enjoy this magnificant property before the hustle and bustle of the week begins. The cost is $150.00 per person and includes transportation to the castle from Galway on Saturday, Dinner Saturday night and Breakfast on Sunday Monring.
