All Riders, Walkers, and Crewmembers must arrive at the castle in Spain on Sunday, September 26, 2010 by 6:00pm (16:00).

There will be a safety and orientation meeting at 6:30pm (18:30) followed by your first group dinner.

Our travel recommendations:

We suggest you depart the USA on Friday and arrive in Spain on Saturday.  You can fly into any of the major cities in Spain, but Barcelona seems to be the easiest.  This will give you an extra day to get accustomed to the time change before you start Riding or Walking.  This extra day will also give you an opportunity to explore the great city of Barcelona.

We will have information on options for getting to the castle by train directly from Barcelona. 

On Saturday October 2nd, there will be a shuttle from the Castle to the group hotel in Barcelona at 10:00.am.  This will get you into Barcelona at about 1pm.  If you are flying out on Saturday October 2, make sure to plan your travel with these times in mind. 

If you are flying into any other city, it is your responsibility to get yourself to and from the group hotel in Barcelona in time for our shuttle or to get yourself directly to the Castle.
