Illinois Department of Public Health's Office of Women's Health - Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
Regular breast and cervical cancer screenings increase the chances of early detection and successful cancer treatment. If you meet eligibility requirements, you can receive a free mammogram, Pap smear, and breast exam. If you are diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer while enrolled in the program, you may receive treatment benefits through a special program from the Illinois Department of Public Aid. Woman to Woman Program Mount Sinai Mammogram Program
Women over 40 should have a mammogram every year. And they should never worry about the cost-because Mount Sinai Hospital's Woman to Woman Program offers free mammograms to women over 40 who don't have insurance.
